TIPS FOR PREVENTION

& HYGIENE

Wash your hands - here’s a video with best practices for effective hand washing.

Don’t touch your face - remember, COVID is transmitted through droplets. Wherever a droplet may land is where you don’t want your fingers or your face.

Cough into your arm, not your hands, and turn away from others.

If you are over 60 or have an underlying health condition, take extra care to stay home.

Maintain adequate social distance - stay away from crowds, don’t get too close to each other, and if you can, work from home.

Share your hand sanitizer and your good spirits - now is not the time to be miserly, there are factories all over the world producing sanitizer and disinfectant wipes every day.
